Yzerfontein is an urban conservancy and residents work tirelessly to protect the natural heritage for generations to come. Across the small bay, fishing boats, pleasure boats and jet-skis all mix with kite-boarders, surfers, kayakers and swimmers. You can walk the 16-Mile Beach – it stretches all the way to Postberg.
