★★★★★ We were not able to use the booking as we missed the part where there was a cut off time for booking in. The guest were country singers and radio presenters and when they couldn't book in they had to speed through to Randburg for alternative accommodation. The booking was made at very short notice, and we missed the book on detail. The room was not used at all. What are the chances of a refund?

★★★★★ I am very unhappy about what happened on Saturday when we were suppose to book in at Threebees Guesthouse!!! There were no one at the gate to first let us in and we phoned the number that was given about 10 times. Eventually a person staying at the guest house opened for us and we could go in. Once inside there were also no one to book us in or assist us. We again phoned the number provided... Read more
