We are a group venue only, sleeping up to 16. Weekend bookings are 2 nights , as long weekend bookings are 3 nights.
50% deposit confirms booking. Balance is due 5 days before your arrival, with your details so that your Entry Permit can be sent to you. This is presented at the gate. A R500.00 refundable breakage/key deposit is required to be payed to the establishment , and refunded in the following week.

16 guests can be accommodated in 3 Chalets and 2 Loft rooms.

★★★★★ This is really a hidden gem. Everything was there. Fully equiped kitchen. Nice venue for groups. Dawid and Victoria know the conscept of privacy. This place is highly recomended. We enjoy it and will definetly be back.

★★★★★ Great place, we loved the fact that the lodge was solely for us that weekend, Excellent for our group. The hosts Dave and Victoria were of great assistance. The mosquitoes were a HUGE problem, something needs to be done about that. Having previously stayed at nearby lodges Mabalingwe and Zebula and mosquitoes were not that bad I believe Thornwood can also deal with them.
