The cycling trails range from easy to challenging and most of the tracks are accessible without the use of a 4 x 4 vehicle, providing an intimate experience back with nature.
We are not big 5.

We are totally off grid and rely on borehole water, which needs to be used wisely.
We are keen to share our home and the experiences it offers, in terms of totally getting away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. It really is so peaceful and relaxing.

Access to the Kruger National Park and Manyeletti are within an hour.
Hoedspruit is 35 minutes away and a very vibrant town, boasting many fine eateries, golf course, padel court and riding stables. Flights, hot air ballooning and river cruises can be booked locally and we also have lots of wildlife/conservation initiatives for you to experience.

The lodge itself, comprises of a living, dining, kitchen area, connected by an outside patio to the 3 spacious bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 - I Queen bed.
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen bed, 1 single.
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen bed, 1 bunk bed.
All rooms are fully air conditioned and en suite, with bed linen, towels and toiletries provided.

Very closely linked is the well equipped Lapa / braai/ boma area. Also a traditional pizza oven, housed under a traditional thatch with ample preparation space.
The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and compliments the first fridge freezer and double oven and hob.
Onto the dining table, which will seat up to 10 and stands next to a comfy couch, chairs and coffee table.
The bar, also situated in this area, is complimented fridge and preparation space.
Adjoining is a well maintained pool area with a relaxing gazebo, nestled neatly below the elevated viewing deck, ( outdoor toilet and shower, with pool towels ) which allows you to see, hear and smell the delights of the South African Bush.
Our sunsets are awesome!

The lodge itself boasts large manicured gardens and allows full access to the bush.
We intend for your stay to be memorable and relaxing. To that end, we have an information station with our contact details, emergency numbers and a wealth of information about the area and what it has to offer.

The reserve has an elevated picnic/viewing spot and panoramic views are breathtaking.
We also have a resident crocodile, which spends it’s time warning in the sun, on the banks of, ‘Filp se Dip, our central waterhole.

Reserve rules strictly prohibit hunting and loud parties.
For longer stays, we offer a laundry service, details can be accessed in our information station, situated in the lounge area.
Also, we highly recommend wearing shoes and walking on the pathways and out in the bush.
