Important Information

Check in time is from 1pm and check out is 10am., earlier arrangements can be made. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, area outside the room is designated.
50% deposit will secure your booking and needs to be paid within 24 hours from the time the booking was made with balance payable on arrival, should a deposit not be received within the 24 hours the room will be sold. Day visitors are not allowed unless prior arrangements made with management.
All bookings to be secured with credit card details/EFT and proof send to [email protected]
Cancellations must be made in writing to The Tides Inn [email protected].
Cancellations made on or after day of arrival 100% of the total bill (unless booking can be re-sold)
Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to booking - 50% of the total bill.
Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to date - 20% of the total bill.
Suites will be available from 2 o clock on day of arrival. All guests to present valid identity book or passport.
Suites must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Late Checkouts must be pre-arranged with reception as new arrivals are expected at 2pm.
Early check in must be pre-arranged with reception. Late arrivals beyond 7pm pre-arranged with reception.
Late arrivals can be arranged to be pre-arranged with Reception.
Should you know you are arriving late please inform management so an alternative can be made for the keys for your arrival, Don't stress we have you covered!!!
Guest visitors - all visitors must register at reception.
Guests and guest visitors attend this establishment at their own risk. The proprietor, its agents, and/or its employees, shall not be liable for, the guests hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature against the proprietor, whetherarising from the proprietors default, negligence or otherwise. The guest/s in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, Whether arising from the proprietor's default, negligence or otherwise.

Should a room be booked for a mom and kid and another for a dad and a kid, rooms cannot be changed unless arrangements are made with the management.

We are also pet friendly so your furbabies dont have to stay at home they can come and enjoy the holiday with you :) We have Solar geysers installed to keep the water hot during Loadshedding.
Should you be running late to check in please notify us as we have a self check in option so dont stress before your relaxing holiday. Our Staff are are just a phone call away to guide you to the room via phone as well.
