The Perfect Swing is a self-catering holiday house located in George, a charming city that forms part of the well-known Garden Route. The property is conveniently located near major amenities, including the world famous Fancourt Golf Estate and Hotel, Kingswood Golf Estate and George Golf Club, and is ideal for a large family or group of friends. Important Information
This is a self-catering property, some general consumables are provided, such as toilet paper, hand wash and dish washing liquid, dishwasher cubes, refuse bags and general cleaning products.
No smoking inside the Property.
Please note cigarette butts must be disposed of in the bin provided in the backyard of the property.
Parties or events are not allowed.
Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed.
Please quiet down after 11 pm.
Eating and drinking is not allowed in the bedrooms.
When using the swimming pool please detach the creepy crawly pipe from the weir when removing the creepy crawly from the pool, this is to avoid the pool pump from ceasing.
Children should not be allowed at the pool without adult supervision.
Please note the establishment is not pet friendly.
Report any damages and or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests.
We ask that you tidy up, the cleaning fee is charged to cover laundry fees and a light cleaning prior to new guests checking in.
