We offer two upmarket accommodation options at affordable prices; our Two Bedroom Luxury Cottage and one bedroom Loft Suite. Important Information
Requests for late check-out will be considered if there are no other guests checking in later that same day
All reservations are subject to availability on confirmation
Provisional reservations will only be held for a maximum of 72 hours
Payment via EFT would be appreciated (internet transfer)
Unfortunately at this stage we do not accept credit cards.
Should confirmation not be received by the given date, the booking will automatically be released and can only be re-instated on the basis that the reservation is confirmed/guaranteed
Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The balance is due prior to arrival.Cancellations received 5 days or less prior to arrival are subject to a 100% cancellation fee as other reservations may have been turned away.
Cancellations received more than 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to loss of deposit.
No shows will be charged in full.
We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, we will refund the applicable amount, within 3 working days.
We levy a 10% administration fee on any refunds processed.
