Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking value. For cancellations made less than seven days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Should a cancellation occur seven days or more before the arrival date, a 10% administrative and banking fee on the total account value will be charged.
