The Muize is a family-owned and run guest house located in Muizenberg, Cape Town. Set against a backdrop of the Silvermine Mountains, overlooking the Zandvlei estuary and Muizenberg beaches, this is the ideal ‘home away from home’ while exploring everything that Cape Town has to offer. The house is a newly renovated grand old dame from a former time. It boasts eight bedrooms, six of which are en suite, and two additional communal bathrooms. We have taken measures to keep our guests and staff safe. We are following Covid 19 Safety measures as instructed by FEDHASA. All staff are educated and following protocol.

Arrival time required. No pets permitted. No smoking in the house. Limited off-street parking is available on request.

There are two braai areas: Including all firewood, cutlery, cleaning and kitchen services R45/person, excluding food.
Airport shuttle service: R 450
Taxi Service: Can be arranged from the guesthouse
Laundry Service: Charged on at R60 per standard load, and R10 item for ironing.
