About The Haven
Situated in the heart of the Robertson Valley, along the famous Route 62, The Haven welcomes families, tourists and business executives alike. It is situated on a smallholding in the town of Ashton and is centrally located for access to the Robertson Wine Valley as well as a number of other attractions. The Haven offers eight self-catering units that can sleep 26 people in total. Each unit has an entrance and patio, and is fully equipped. All units are air-conditioned and have flat screen TVs with DStv (Limited Channels), hairdryers, cotton linen and Wi-Fi Internet access. Unit 5 (
We offer a lovely wedding venue where the ceremony can be held in the jacaranda grove and the reception in a marquee.

Important Information
. Terms and Conditions of Occupation 1. The guest agrees to pay a 50% Deposit to secure the booking.2. In the event of the cancellation of the booking the following provisions will apply:2.1 If cancelled 45 days before occupation the full deposit will be refunded.2.2 If cancelled less than 45 days before occupation The Haven shall be entitled to retain the 50% deposit, as compensation for every day the Unit remains vacant.2.3 If a guest is found and the Haven incurs no loss, the 50% Deposit will be refunded in full.3. An inventory of contents and equipment will be/is supplied. The Guest undertakes to keep the contents and equipment in the same condition as at the commencement of occupation and confirms that the cost of any missing / broken / damaged items will be for the guest’s account.4. The Self Catering Unit shall be rented on a “ Non-Serviced “ basis. Daily “ Serviced” is available at an extra charge.4.1 “ Non-Serviced “ means the guest will be responsible for the cleaning. The bed linen and towels will however be exchanged on a regular basis. (Every 5 days)4.2 “ Serviced “ meaning that the unit will be cleaned, dishes washed and the beds made. The bed linen and towels will be exchanged on a regular basis. (Every 5 days). It excludes any catering services or the washing of personal laundry
Breakages Policy
A refundable breakage deposit of R250.00 per unit is payable when checking in. This breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of date of departure.An inventory of contents and equipment will be/is supplied. The Guest undertakes to keep the contents and equipment in the same condition as at the commencement of occupation and confirms that the cost of any missing / broken / damaged items will be for the guest’s account.
