★★★★★ The host informed us only upon arrival that there was no electricity and no water available. Despite our requests for compensation, she has refused to provide us with bookings and a refund. I am grateful for Lucy from SafariNow.com, who refunded me and offered to book us another hotel. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell.
