Important Information
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No employee of The Courtyard Hotel shall be liable to make good to any guest any loss of goods or property brought to this hotel, except in the following cases:
i) Where such goods or property shall be deposited expressly for safe custody with the hotel front office staff or a manager on duty;
ii) Where such goods or property shall have been stolen, lost or injured through the wilful act, default, or neglect of the mentioned hotel staff. Provided always, that in case of such deposit, it shall be lawful for The Courtyard Hotel, if it thinks it fit, to require as a condition of its liability, that such goods or property shall be deposited in a safety deposit box or either fasted and sealed by the person depositing the case.
iii) All items in the rooms remain your responsibility in terms of care and useage and will be charged to your account should the hotel suffer any damages or loss due to negligence.
iv) A cancellation fee of 15% of the total room rate will be applied should you cancell your room stay.
v) All hotel rooms have a fully, regularly stocked minibar.It is hotel procedure to bill for consumption of the minibar daily and during check-out. Payments will have to be made for any stock differences in your room.
vi) All hotel rooms have a safety deposit box for safekeeping of your personal belongings.The hotel will not be responsible for any losses incurred to you.
vii) A K200,000=00 refundable security deposit will be charged to your account upon check in.
viii) You will be required to pay an initial nights deposit on your room upon check in.
ix) For guests of companies given a credit facility, you will be charged a 15% sur-charge should you delay making payment to the hotel by extending the credit period.
X) PLEASE TAKE NOTE: OUR CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00HRS,A GRACE PERIOD OF 1 HOUR WILL BE GIVEN. ANY CHECK OUT LATER THAN THAT WILL BE CHARGED.
