Come and enjoy the privacy of your own SMALL but chic self-catering studio room, complete with en-suite bathroom, private entrance and courtyard. The Beach Room is situated on Woodbridge Island, a secure complex only nine kilometres from Cape Town's city centre and less than 100 m from the beach. The room is completely separate from the main house and has its own small courtyard equipped with two chairs and a small table for your relaxation and leisure. About 50 m from popular Milnerton Beach - great for surfing, wind-surfing, stand-up paddling, long beach walks, picture-postcard views of Table Mountain and Robben Island and spectacular sunsets. Beach towels supplied.

Important Information
50% deposit payable immediately on confirmation of booking.
The remainder of accommodation fee will be payable at least 14 days before receipt of keys. All bank charges for bank transfers for account of guest.
Under no circumstances will the keys be handed over unless full payment has been received.
The Beach Room is self-catering establishment and is not serviced daily. However, for bookings in excess of five nights, a linen change will be done approximately every four to five days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
No Smoking is permitted.
No children are permitted.
No pets.
All damage and breakages for cost of guest.
