Important Information

* Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
* Credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
* We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.

A refundable damage / cleaning deposit of R3000 will be required.
Check In Time: 14h00 to 20h00. Late or early check-ins can be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Prior to arrival, you will receive a code to open the gate and also to access your gorgeous home.
Guests may be required to provide photo identification matching their reservation upon arrival.

Check Out Time: 10h00.
We know it’s a struggle to depart. Please let us know the day before check-out if you need more time to enjoy the moving picture.


1. No smoking:
No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes in the house. Smoking is only allowed outside the house. Evidence of smoking inside the house will result in an additional cleaning fee.

2. Pets:
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
Please do not leave your pets unattended.
Our pets do stay on the premises separated by gates and doors.
Your pets are free to run around the house, in the driveway and the grassy area for them to do their business. Pets have an enclosed and fenced off area.
Please bring your own dog bedding and dog blankets.

3. Occupancy / Registered Guests:
Maximum number of guests = 6 (including children).
No additional / unregistered guests.
Maximum number of pets = 3.

4. Illegal Activity:
No illegal activity or illicit drugs will be tolerated. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

5. Parties:
No loud music, parties or events.
Quiet hours strictly 22:00 to 08:00
Please respect quiet hours and please keep noise to a minimum.

6. Damages:
Please report damages immediately.
Damage to any property may result in the repairs charged against the security deposit. Extensive damage will result in a claim for damages.

7. Keys and remote controls:
A lost or stolen key or remote control will result in additional fee for it's replacement.

8. Towels:
Please do not take the white towels off the premises. You should ideally have your own beach towels, alternatively we have a few colourful towels for you to use.
A make-up removal towel is also provided.

9. Fake Tans and Sunblock:
If you wear a fake tan, please consider bringing your own linen as any linen stained by fake tan will incur extra cleaning costs. Feel free to shower as often as you like to remove the sunblock or sun-tan lotion which has a staining effect on our linen.
