It is located only 100 metres from the sea and a three-minute walk down to the beautiful sandy Glengarrif swimming beach.
The entire upmarket self-contained lower floor is for rental with its own patio, deck and braai area and separate entrance.
A number of game farms border Glengarrif where game viewing can be done.
The house has expansive sea views from the open-plan living area, patio and deck. Sea views from two double rooms. The house is a three-minute walk to Glengarrif main swimming beach.
A number of local golf courses are closely located to the house.
