The View on Vaal Resort offers comfortable guest chalets and camping accommodations for contractors, and leisure guests on the banks of the majestic Vaal River in Sasolburg. The resort is great for a fun breakaway for families, businessmen, church groups, or team buildings.Accommodation comprises comfortable furnished chalets and park homes. Each unit consists of open-plan living or 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each cosy chalet features a kitchenette with basic appliances to cook meals, an open-plan lounge with a Smart TV, and a patio with a private BBQ/braai area for guests to enjoy

Important Information
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all guests at The View on Vaal Resort:
Chalets:
* Thank you for making a booking with us.
* A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
* One night stay only – Full payments apply.
* Balance is payable at least 7 days before arrival.
* Credit Card Facilities during office hours are available in our office (we are not protected from load shedding on the premises if it happens).
* Normal Check-in time: 15h00 to 16h00.
* Check-in after 16h00 only if a prior arrangement has been made.
* No Check-in will be made after 17:00. As no one will be here to give you keys to the unit.
* Normal check-out time before 10h00 am (otherwise an extra day’s accommodation charge may apply).
* All bookings and accommodation types are subject to availability.
* Nothing may be removed from the Chalet! You will be charged if anything is missing.
* TV – Smart TVs are available in each chalet with Wi-Fi.
* Visitors are allowed during resort times 08h00 am to 18h00 (visitors need to be out by 18h00 with entrance fees to be paid at the gate).
* The View on Vaal Accepts no responsibility for any injury/accident/losses/damages to you or any of your guests, during your stay.
* All damages/losses to any piece of the resort property, furniture or fittings, will be for the guests’ account.
* No loud music, noise or excessive use of alcohol allowed- The View on Vaal is a family-friendly resort.
* No glass items are permitted on the grounds.
* Minor children must be always accompanied by an adult.
* Bath towels are not allowed at the swimming pools- please bring your private swim/beach towels.
* The View On Vaal Resort shall have a lien over the luggage, clothing and personal possessions of any guest in regard to any claim against the guest whatsoever.
* Changing of accommodation type according to availability or certain situations reserved.
* No Pets Allowed. unless it’s a guide dog on a leash (permit to be shown at gate).
* No smoking/vaping allowed inside any chalet or unit. Should the guest fail to comply with this rule, a cleaning fee of R500 will be charged.
* Keep the area around your unit neat or an additional cleaning fee of R500 will be charged.
* Please confirm your estimated arrival time at least one day before your arrival (WhatsApp or phone).
* All refunds: a R150 Admin fee will apply.
Note that No Refunds for the following:
* Non-arrival (no-show)/Late Arrivals.
* Early Departures.
* Reduction in the number of guests.
If cancelling 2 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total. If cancelling 11 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total. If cancelling 17 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
