The Thatches is a self-catering resort within walking-distance from clean beaches, the beautiful estuary of the Kei River and a quaint town named after the mouth of the great river and home to The Pont. (ferry for vechicles)The cabanas are set-up to provide a range of sleeping options: The Standard Family Chalet options have two bedrooms, with one double bed and two single beds with one bathroom. Each unit has open plan kitchen/lounge/dinningroom. Each unit has a veranda with a gas braai or braai. on request we can chenge single beds to double bunks. So could become 5 or 6 sleepe

The Deluxe chalet has 2 bedrooms en-suite bathrooms for both bedrooms. First bedroom has a double bed & 2nd bedroom has 2 single bed. there is an air-conditioner in the main bedroom & lounge it is ideal for those looking for that little extra comfort. It has open plan kitchem/longe/dinningroom.

The Luxury Chalet has 2 berooms with double beds with en-suit. Big open plan lounge/dinning area/Kitchen, scullery with dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. There is an in-door braai. The lounge & main bedroom have air-conditioners.

All cabanas are cleaned free of charge by The Thatches staff six days a week, with optional Sunday cleaning available upon request.

Please bring your own beach/swimming towels.
