Check-out is by 10 am, with possible late check-out upon request and availability. No cleaning is required upon departure, but charges may apply for damages. Cancellation policy includes forfeiting deposit: 100% if canceled 7-14 days before arrival, and 50% if canceled 21 days before arrival.
