From: 2019-06-12 to: 2024-12-31 - Good Day Valued Guest. Thank you for booking a stay at the Paxton Luxury Apartments. This is just to inform you that we do require a R1000 refundable Security deposit upon arrival, R2000 if staying for 3 to 7 days and R4000 if staying for 8 days and more. Security deposit is to cover should there be any damages or breakages in the room during your stay. Should there be no damages, this money will be refunded back to you in full within 3 to 7 working days after your check out. We also would like to inform you that our Check in time is from 14:00, and Check Out time is 11:00 Also to inform you that all December bookings must be fully paid by the 1st of December to avoid cancellations. 50% Deposit should be paid no later than the 30th of September 2021, and the remaining balance to be paid no later than the 30th of November 2021. 50% booking fee will be charged when cancelling 30 days before arrival, and there is NO REFUND when cancelling less than 30 days before arrival.
