Deposit Required:
50% deposit within 48 hours to confirm reservation and balance payable prior to arrival.
Late Bookings - 100% payable on confirmation.
The reservation will automatically be canceled if no deposit or confirmation is received within 48 hours after the booking.
Payment Methods:
Direct Bank Transfer (EFT)
Credit Cards - Proof of Identity + Copy of Credit Card must be presented at check-in.
Credit Card used MUST be that of the Guest: Proof of Identity + Credit Card required on arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please E-mail notice of cancellation to [email protected]. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure receipt of their cancellation. We strongly recommend that all guests obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover. Cancellation of a reservation will be effective only from the date of receipt.
• Cancellation within 48hrs of arrival, or no show – GUEST forfeits 100% of deposit.
• Cancellation 48hrs - 7 days before arrival – GUEST forfeits 50% of deposit.
• If GUESTS wish to leave earlier than booked period; the full rate for any unused days for up to 2 nights’ accommodation will be charged.
• No Refunds once guest has checked in.
• On confirmation of cancellation and all policies noted, refunds will be made within 7 working days.
