The property is located on a large level erf, fully walled with electric fencing. The main dwelling is graceful, stylish and flamboyant. Art deco design cues remain. The end of the short walkway ends in an oasis of green: a modernised garden complete with pond and water feature.

Each room consists of a king size bed, work desk, cupboard unit, tea / coffee station, TV, air-conditioning and its own bathroom. Each bathroom consists of a shower, basin and toilet with tasteful finishes and amenities. Secluded patio garden, dining area, off street parking.

The Executive Bed and Breakfast is centrally located in the leafy green part of Selborne, East London. Access to the local business hubs of Berea, Vincent, Beacon Bay etc. is easy via the nearby express way or main arterial routes. In addition, most major schools are located within a 10 minute drive.
