The Dunes Resort 69 & 80

Important Information

* Check-­in time: From 14h00 (arrival time to be communicated with the owner)
* Check­-out time: 10h00

Cancellations:
* 50% Deposit secures the reservation
* Balance due 60 days before arrival
* Once - off Standard, a 20% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations on the full invoice value.

* No shows­ 100% cancellation fee applies.

* When multiple units are booked, and more than 50% of the booking value is cancelled, the standard cancellation policy as per above will be enforced on the total booking price.
* All cancellations must be requested in writing via email to [email protected] / [email protected]

* Cash Payments: Please add 3% for bank charges.

Overoccupying:
* The resort reserves the right to refuse admittance if your confirmation is not produced. Without exception, no entry will be allowed to persons above the maximum number of adults and children as prescribed by theresort/invoice/booking confirmation, as per unit size and booking confirmation.
* Daily cleaning services: Available on request at an additional charge
* Moving of Dates: Once a booking is confirmed, the booking may be moved once (at the discretion of management), once the booking is paid in full and subject toavailability. Once the dates are moved, the guest forfeits the right to cancel the booking. No money will be refunded, and it must be rebooked within 6 months.

* Please ensure that all of your valuable belongings are insured. The Dunes/Holidaybooker/NLM/NLMTravel/the booking agent cannot be held liable/responsible for any ForceMajeure, Act of God, power failures, water supply, or limited / no access to Wi-­Fi and DStv. (Electricity is supplied from the main grid in town, and theresort does not have backup power / Wi-­Fi is supplied by a 3rd party).

* Your stay takes place at your own risk, and neither the establishment nor any ofits directors or employees can or will be held liable by any person/guest forany loss or damage of any nature and or sustained in whatsoever manner, whetherdue to gross negligence or intent of any party. Parking is Free in the resort, but at the guest's own risk.

* COVID­19/ForceMajeure/Act of God ­In this event, the resort has the right to apply the normal cancelation policyas above or allow the guest to move their dates (credit will be held at the Resort; unfortunately, no refunds). A new booking must be made within 6 Months (All changes are subject to availability).
