The Crown Guest House is located in the town of Bethlehem. It features a lush garden sun terrace and offers free WiFi and private parking. Offering a view the rooms at Crown Guest House are decorated in warm and natural colours. Each room comes complete with air conditioning a flat-screen satellite TV a seating area and a private entrance. Extras include tea-and-coffee-making facilities electric blankets and a desk. The hosts are travel experts; Anita Henning has recently published a book on self-drive routes in SA & Lesotho. She is an expert on the Eastern Free State and develops itineraries to suit the needs of guests.
Treatments are outsourced to independent therapists. Guests can call for a booking.
The Crown Giesthouse is situated on the outskirts of Bethlehem - 28 km from the Clarens Golf Course, 4 km from the Bethlehem Golf course and 40 km from the Kestell Gold Course (9 holes).
As from 1 Octiber 2015, The Crown will host small weddings - up to 65 people. A complete service will be on offer; catering, honeymoon suites, etc.
The Crown Chambers, the latest addition, is a Conference Venue for 65 people,complete with a restaurant. These facilities will be available as from 1 October 2015. Follow us on Facebook and we can keep you posted.
The rooms are spacious and can easily be converted into a family unit, We also prepare scrumptious breakfast hampers in case of early mornings. We also pack delicious lunch packs.
Bethlehem does not have a large choice of Restaurants; however, The Crown has recently refurbished its dining room; great ambiance, good music, open fire place and a small but very good menu. Dinners should be booked in advance.
