Important Information
• Occupation of the flat strictly not before 14h00 and departure no later than 9.00. This is to accommodate the cleaning of the unit, and to make sure you will be happy and relaxed on arrival at the unit. Earlier arrivals or later departures can only be arranged a maximum of 2 days in advance.
• No additional people without prior arrangement (max 7) Number of Occupants
• Early arrivals and late departures can be requested but cannot be guaranteed (fees may apply)
• The apartment will be serviced (basic cleaning service) daily except Sundays and Public Holidays. It does not include making beds and washing your dishes.
• Guests provide their own cleaning materials, food and toiletries.
• No smoking inside please!! Our Guests may smoke outside on the patios.
PLEASE NOTE: all our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Should this rule be ignored, the guest will be held liable for the cost of professional cleaning of bedding, curtains and carpets.
• Entrance into the complex is controlled by means of electric gates to a secure complex.
• We have braai /barbeque facilities and a communal swimming pool which is secure for children.
• No refunds under any circumstances for late arrivals or early departures
• Cancellation refunds will only be entertained provided the unit is re-let over the same period.
• Rates are for entire UNIT per night.
