The Main House, which sleeps up to eight guests, offers four spacious bedrooms with large windows. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed (with memory foam mattress) and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds. The family bathroom has a shower, bath, washing machine, and toilet; and there is an additional separate toilet.

The living area is open plan with a large kitchen island, lounge area, and dining table. The kitchen includes a large oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine for ground coffee and capsules. A wood-burning fireplace is located in the corner of the lounge for chilly winter evenings.

A large deck with barbecue facilities envelopes the house, ensuring the best views of the river, Still Bay East, and the sea. In addition, there are two double garages, a large driveway, and a lawned garden that offers shady areas throughout the day.

There is a two plate gas stove, two rechargeable lights and a few rechargeable light bulbs for use during loadshedding. The gas stove can be moved between the Main House and Garden Cottage.

A separate Garden Cottage, that can accommodate four guests, is located across the garden and is available separately or together with the Main House. It is perfect for senior citizens or a family; and offers a living area and spacious kitchen. In addition, a master bedroom with a double bed (with mattress topper), a second bedroom with twin beds, a separate WC, and a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. The Garden Cottage has its own driveway and private braai area.

A one-bedroom Annex, located adjacent to the garage, sleeps three guests and provides more basic accommodation. It has twin beds and a single bed, an en-suite shower room, and a lounge area. It is ideal for teenagers.
