Important Information
* Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in.
* The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
During peak holiday periods full payment 30 days prior to arrival is required to confirm and secure booking.
During the remainder of the year, a deposit of 50 % is required 30 days prior to arrival to confirm and secure booking and balance payment 14 days prior to check in.
If any booking that is made and it is less than 30 days to check in full payment is required to confirm and secure booking.
The following cancellation fee applies on the full value of the booking:
If canceled within 14 days or more prior to arrival - 100 % refund
If canceled 7 to 14 days prior to arrival - 50 % cancellation fee
If canceled less than 7 days prior to arrival or no show - 100 % cancellation fee applies.
All refunds need to be requested in writing. No cash refunds will be permitted, only EFT within 2 weeks after booking has been canceled as per the cancellation policy. Proof of banking details will be required to process the refund if permitted as per our cancellation policy.
Cancellation after Check in:
Booking will be held for a future date to be used. It has to be used within 1 year or it will expire. No refund option.
