Safari: Thanda Tau homes various endangered species onsite including but not limited to: African wild dog, white and tawny lions, cheetah, spotted hyena and more.

Wedding Venues: We cater for weddings, If you dreamed about your special day, we can make it happen.

Conference Venues: Thanda Tau has a conference room for up to 22 delegates and is equipped with a projector, a flat-screen TV, and a floor to ceiling white screen that allows for video conferencing. This room is fully air-conditioned, with full access to Wi-Fi.

Family friendly: Kids play area complete with a miniature train ride, pony rides are also available on weekends and during school holidays. In our luxury chalets we provide a single mattress for babies upon request.

Romantic: We have Honeymoon Suites available for the romantic.

Guided Safaris: We provide various options to view the majestic wildlife we have homed onsite.

★★★★★ The wild animals are gorgeous and your rooms are beautiful and spacious.Maybe a bigger or gas heater for winter, it is really cold but we still enjoy our stay. Friendly staff.Your service in your Restaurant and coffee shop is not very good. Takes very long to get you orders.

Please improve the connectivity on the wifi, the fact that there are no other alternatives to watching TV, means that the Wifi should be working 100%. ★★★★★ I have stayed here twice, and understanding that it is isolated, but advertising wifi and Netflix when it is never operational is highly misleading. I would also suggest fans in rooms, as our room was FULL of mosquitoes! The fridge also did not, despite buying ice to try cool it down.
