Pet-friendly, no bigger than knee-high. Please keep on a leash
Owners' risk as we are in the bush and there are baboons.
Prices per chalet include only one under roof parking (1 vehicle) per chalet.

Our roads are dirt & stone and very rocky, accessible with high or 4x4 vehicles only.

Our 4-sleeper self-catering chalets feature a private room with a double bed and an upper loft room with a bunk bed. Own braai area. The maximum occupancy for the 4-sleeper chalets is 4 people, with 2 adults and 2 kids being the ideal configuration. Please inform us if you want a unit with a shower or bath.
Our 6-sleeper self-catering chalets offer two private rooms, each with a double bed, as well as a loft room with two separate single beds. Own braai area. These chalets can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, with 4 adults and 2 kids being the recommended capacity. Please inform us if you want a unit with a shower or bath.
If you prefer camping, (Rooibok camp) Set in an open camp where antelopes freely roam through, these sites are within walking distance from our facilities and swimming pools. Each stand allows a maximum of 4 campers and includes an electric point.
Each stand has its Own braai area. Please note, when booking a campsite, that this is just a piece of land that you are renting from us, we offer electricity and shared ablution facilities, but you must bring your own tent on caravan. No rooms, beds, cutlery, or crockery is included.
RULES: Please note that Thaba Monate Game Lodge are family orientated with small children visiting and free roaming animals; no loud noise or parties are allowed. No music is allowed at the resort from motor vehicles or private sound systems or equipment.
1. NO LOUD MUSIC OR ANY NOISE allowed!! SOFT MUSIC THAT ONLY YOU CAN ENJOY AND NOT YOUR NEIGHBOURS! AFTER 8PM PLEASE TURN MUSIC OFF. NO PLAYING OF LOUD MUSIC FROM VEHICLES
2. SPEED LIMIT 20KM PER HOUR we have kids, wildlife and horses roaming free.
3. NO OPEN FIRES ALLOWED. PLEASE PUT YOUR FIRES OUT WHEN DONE. NO FIREWORKS
4. Please do not feed the animals as wild animals can be dangerous.
5. No LITTERING ALLOWED.
6. No glass bottles allowed at swimming pool areas.
7. No housekeeping.

Please note a cash only breakage deposit of R500 per chalet must be paid at Reception and will be refunded at check-out time after inspection of chalets.
The full amount of the outstanding accommodation fee to be paid 3 (three) days before arrival.
If not, the reservation will be cancelled without notice.
A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT must be paid.
