Important Information
The Lodge accepts cash, EFT transfers, and credit cards are subject to a commission charged to secure your booking.
A 50% deposit must be paid on receipt of the invoice.
Balance to be paid 3 days in full before arrival.
All guests will be required to settle their accounts for extras, beverages, laundry, etc. on departure. This can be done by credit card or local currency notes
Where no credit facility exists, all reservations shall be settled on a pre-payment basis.
*Cancellation Policy*
Forfeit 100% of the Total if guests cancel 7 Days before arrival
Forfeit 50% of the Total if guests cancel 21 Days before arrival
Forfeit 25% of the Total if guests cancel 30 Days before arrival
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 15% on any deposit that is paid by the guest via the booking agent, should the guest cancel at any time.
Please note that Bank Charges & FOREX Charges will not be refunded.
Under no circumstances can the lodge refund or transfer unused bed nights caused by cancellation due to flight or airport delays, sickness, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
