Check in Saturday/Tuesday From 16,00 hrs to 20,00 hrs. It Is mandatory to communicate the arrival time or any late check in at the time of reservation or at least 3 days before the arrival day, Late check in after 20:00 hrs will have a mandatory cost to be paid on Spot. Late Arrival between until 24:00 hrs of the same arrival day are only accepted if this is communicated and authorized from the property from the property at the time of reservation or no later than 3 days before the arrival day and an extra charge to be settled on Spot , if no information/communication is received keys will be handed on the following day . Weekly Arriva : Are only accepted until 20:00 hrs any arrival or any late arrivals after this time will need to be communicated upon reservation or no later than 3 days before the arrival day at the property and a supplement will be charged on Spot.

On Spot Payment by Cash only: A Mandatory deposit to be paid on arrival and upon check-in will and refunded upon departure if no damage €150. Mandatory Consumption Services to be paid on Spot per person and for: Gas, Water, Electricity, Bed and Bath linen with a weekly change, from 3 years old, € 6 per day per adult, € 1,50 per day per child. Final Cleaning Mandatory to be paid on Spot € 57 per APT C4, € 62 per APT B2-C6. Kitchen/ Kitchenette cleaning is not included and if not left cleaned by the guest any extra charge will need to be paid on spot € 30. Towel for the kitchen will not be provided. Extras cleaning, extras changes to be requested and paid on Spot. Air Conditioning not included to be requested and paid on Spot.
Any Transfer upon payment and upon request can be arranged from Airport/port/station to Apartment and vice versa.
