Important Information
Full prepayment is due prior to the guest's arrival to confirm the reservation.
Deposit Policy:
• A 50% Deposit will be payable, to confirm your reservation two weeks after the provisional reservation was sent
• 25% of the outstanding balance will be payable on or before
1 March 2010
• The final outstanding 25% will be payable on or before 1 May 2010
Cancellations:
• 50% Cancellation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled five months prior to clients date of arrival
• 75% Cancellation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled four months prior to clients date of arrival
• 100% Cancellation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled within 3 months of clients date of arrival
