About Tambuti lodge
Located on the outskirts of Rundu, Tambuti lodge offers accommodations overlooking the Cubango River. The lodge features an outdoor swimming pool and secure on-site parking. Each room at Tambuti is air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans, a safe and a desk. They each have a flat-creen TV with satelite channels and the beds are draped with mosquito nets. The spacious private bathrooms have a bath and a shower. Specializing in tradtional African cuisine, the small on-site restaurant at Tambuti prepares meals using locally-sourced ingredients. The lodge can arrange sunset cruises in the Kavango floodplain at a surcharge, as well as self-drive tours to the nearby Living Museum of Mbunza. Kayaks are also available for self-exploring the floodplain. A laundry service is available with prior arrangement.
