Important Information
Terms & Conditions
1. All bookings are subject to a minimum of 50% cancellation fee.
2. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of full booking.
3. All conditions apply, irrespective of whether a deposit has been paid or C/C details provided.
4. Non-arrivals, or arrivals after 6pm on due date, without notice by phone or email, will be assumed as a “no-show” and the room will be re-let.
5. Please note: arrivals are from 2PM, and departures no later than 10AM.
6. No smoking is permitted in the rooms.
7. Accommodation balance to be paid in cash or with credit card on arrival, or EFT prior to arrival.
8. Please note: There will be no breakfast or room service on the 25th December and the 1st January.
9. Outside visitors will not be allowed on the premises after 08:00PM daily. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a full additional charge per person. This is for security reasons and for the safety of all our guests.
