My stay was not pleasant at all, 1st I was accused of being a fraudster I went on to ask for the manager waited for him and I was advised that he went out I must wait n hour for him I waited I haven’t received any communication from him. It seems like the management doesn’t care about my frustration and the Esther Lady will get away with treating guests like trash, I wish I’ve never recommended this hotel to my group because if the face of the hotel make people fell less of humans then the 4 star service is pointless. I lost trust from the ladies I recommend and this has dent my reputation....
