My hut was next to the main road and was very noisy plus the occupants of the surrounding huts partied all night and one man even tried to get into my hut. when I arrived the toilet cistern was in pieces. I reported that the toilet was not working to the manager and left a message on his answering service but I was not contacted. In the middle of the night I fixed the cistern myself. There were old blood stains on the bathroom floor. The bathroom cupboard had no mirror, only a piece of cardboard. I did not appreciate having no fridge as it was so hot.

What you see on the internet is not the same in reality. The pictures are outdated. Enough said.

How can you promote such a delapidated establishment the does even have a television in the rooms, or two plates for eating out that is the same, or one glass for two people, or no proper curtains on the windows, or a carpet that is full of water marks, or not even the food on their menu. I can go on and on but will not. I suggest SafariNow does an audit of the facilities on their books and see if they are what you advertise. Our stay was horrible. We had to find food in Graskop somewhere. The staff just had excuses for the short comings.

The host was friendly and helpful with providing information for our tour. Although the drain of the shower wasn't working when we arrived, it was fixed as soon as we reported it.
