Important Information
Booking & cancellation policy.
• Bookings will ONLY be confirmed once the required deposit amount is paid.
• Bookings will automatically be cancelled/expire if a deposit was not received within the stipulated due date, prior to your arrival.
• Balance of the accommodation is payable on arrival at Summerset Place.
• Payments can be made via EFT, direct cash deposit, Visa or Mastercards.
• Summerset Place does not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.
• Summerset Place reserves the right to shorten or extend the period in which to pay the required deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
• 15 days or more prior to arrival – full refund.
• Less than15 days prior to arrival – no refund & liable to pay the outstanding balance.
• 15 days or less prior to arrival - no changes to be made to original booking.
• Premature departure because of personal reasons or reasons due to events occurring beyond our control will result in 100% of your total accommodation price being charged.
• Non-arrival will forfeit any payments made for your reservation and you will be held responsible for the outstanding balance. (Please contact us to make prior arrangement in the event of a non-arrival)
