Terms and Conditions
*Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in.
*The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
*Check in from: 14:00 to 20:00 (Late check in to be arranged prior to arrival).
*Check out: 10:00 (Late check outs to be arranged prior to departure).
*A R300 refundable deposit is required per cottage & for Vultures View a R450 is required. Refundable within 5 to 7 days.
*No refunds for premature departure.
*Day guests only allowed subject to prior arrangement with management @ R50 per person.
*Loadshedding does influence signal and we try to manage by giving back up power for short period per unit.
*No EXTREMLY loud noise or loud music is permitted as we promote peace, quietness and tranquillity on the farm.
*No smoking in cottages
*No linen or blankets we provide are to be taken outdoors

*A 50% deposit is required to be paid within 24 hours of making a booking and the balance to be paid 8 (eight) days prior to arrival.
*100% Payment is required for any one-night stays & is not refundable.
*Alternate payment terms to made by arrangement.
*Confirmation / POP (proof of payment) to be sent to [email protected] to be received within the periods defined otherwise your booking is automatically cancelled and removed from our systems.
*We are notified automatically if a successful online credit card payment is made.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please take the time to view the cancellation policy.
*Forfeit 100% of Total if guest cancels 7 days before arrival.
*Forfeit 100% of Deposit if guest cancels 14 days before arrival.
*Forfeit 50% of Deposit if guest cancels 21 days before arrival.
*Forfeit 25% of Deposit if guest cancels 30 days before arrival.

*We do sell WOOD & Firelighter for Braai’s
*FLY & MOSQUITO repellent
*Torch
*Sunblock and sun hats
*Walking shoes & water bottles if you wish to take walks
*Some warm clothes (the evenings can on occasion get cool)

Activities include walking, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, canoeing, pizza making, bird watching or lend a helping hand with our farming activities. We offer an animal farm experience with horses, donkeys, goats. There is a games room. And we provide RELAXATION!
