This spacious beach house with unobstructed sea views is located just 30 meters from the Voorstrand beach; you couldn't ask for closer!
The house compromises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is a TV with full DStv, an outside covered braai area, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
The first bedroom contains a double bed, the second bedroom a double and single bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
A single lock-up garage is provided, as well as off-street parking.
This beach house is very close to the beach.

Important Information
Kindly note that a refundable Breakage deposit of R650 is charged for all bookings; no Parties are allowed in any unit unless prior arrangements are made.
Only the number of guests that was booked allowed in house unless arrangements have been made for visitors.
Check in Time is strictly between 14h00 - 18h00. A surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof will be charged for any arrival later than 19h00, unless prior arrangement has been made.
Check out Time is strictly at 10h00 on the last day of your stay. Any house or room that has not been vacated by check out time will be subject to a surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the checkout time.
Kindly note that keys to all units need to be collected from our offices, from here we take/direct the guests to the actual house.
Directions to office: Drive into town, at the first fourway STOP turn left into St. Augustine's Road. Drive straight until you pass the Noisy Oyster Restaurant then turn left up at the Paternoster Rentals sign,we are in between the Square Spoon Restaurant and Infoprop Office.
