In addition, the property offers a massive garden, a swimming pool and a private jetty that leads onto the estuary. There are also a number of animals on the property including, hippos, leopards and honey badgers, as well as 240 bird species that have been recorded.

St Lucia is a community on its own, separated from the mainland, creating a secluded retreat. The area offers an abundance of activities for those more on the adventurous side, including horse riding on the beach, kayaking through the hippo and crocodile infested waters, or scuba diving.
