Deposit Policy: We require a 50% deposit to confirm any reservation. All outstanding accommodation fees to be settled on day of arrival.
Office hours 07h30am - 16h30 pm.
Check-in time is from 14h00 pm until 17h00pm - If you are going to be arriving later than 17h00 pm please let us know before the time.
Check-out time is strictly at 10h00 am the latest.
No visitors are allowed without prior notice to management.
We kindly request silence after 10h00 pm until 06h00 am.
No swimming after 09h00 pm until 08h00 am.
No playing of loud music at the pool area.
No glasses or bottles allowed by/near the pool area.
No child is to be left unoccupied by the pool at any time.
No running is allowed around the pool or deck.
No pets allowed
Take neighbors space and privacy into consideration
No noisy parties, excessive noise or music will be tolerated.
Please switch air-conditioners off when you leave the room for the day.
Air-conditioners are not to be used as heaters.
Bedrooms are serviced daily.S
moking is not allowed in the bedrooms - you will be fined if you ignore this.
