Stillness Manor and Spa is a magnificent and very secluded property located above the Constantia Valley of Cape Town and False Bay. With its luxurious suites, this historic Cape Dutch manor welcomes you amidst the beautiful vineyards and forests of Tokai. Our Spa with its indoor heated pool provides a full range of exciting treatments and therapies and a sanctuary from reality. We have interleading rooms for families or cottages located next to each other in close proximity. Hiking, Forrest walks, bike park all in 5 minute radius from Stillness.

Stillness Manor and Spa reserves the right to change its rates and prices for its services at any time without prior notice.
Arrival and Departure Times
Check in time is 14:00 and check out time is 11:00. Premature Departure: In case of a departure earlier than planned, the entire booking fee remains due and Stillness will charge for the entirety of the booking fee and shall not refund any part thereof.
Booking Cancellation Policy:
25% of the fee is due for booking cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival date. 50% of the fee is due for booking cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival date. 100% of the fee is due for booking cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival date
Stillness Spa - Important Information
Due to the growing popularity of our Spa, we recommend you pre-book any treatments prior to your arrival to avoid any disappointment. Weekends are especially booked up and we recommend calling at least 2-3 days in advance.
Should you need any advice on treatments specifically adapted to your needs, please ask to speak to one of our therapists, who will be happy to advise you.
Stillness Spa - Children Policy: The Spa environment is generally governed by a low to no noise policy to safeguard our clients' tranquility and peace. Clients wishing to visit Stillness Spa must be over the age of 14.Children under the age of 14 must imperatively be accompanied by an adult whilst in the Spa.
Exceptions to this policy can be made by prior arrangement with the Spa's management if no other clients are present in the Spa. This policy is not to be perceived as an anti-child policy; however children are children and, as children, tend to get very excited. This is usually expressed and accompanied by lively activity, shouting and laughter. It is this activity that in turn may hinder the "stillness" and harmony that our clients expect.
