About Stillness Manor & Spa

Stillness Manor and Spa is a magnificent and very secluded property located above the Constantia Valley of Cape Town and False Bay. With its luxurious suites, this historic Cape Dutch manor welcomes you amidst the beautiful vineyards and forests of Tokai.

Our Spa with its indoor heated pool provides a full range of exciting treatments and therapies and a sanctuary from reality. Stillness is an ideal location from which to explore the Cape Peninsula and the Winelands region and is only 20 minutes from the Central Business District.

Guests are accommodated either in the main Manor House which has three spacious suites including an elegant presidential suite or in one of several cottage suites tucked away in the Manor's gardens.

A cosy B&B in the extremely quiet suburb of Tokai, close to the forest. The pillows were a bit too soft for our liking, but that's a personal preference. Very nice Spa and the staff are friendly & helpful. Be prepared to have a few playful dogs keep you company!
