The Royal Room is a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art conference facility with sweeping views of the Magaliesberg Range. Accommodating up to 12 delegates, The Royal Room provides an ideal facility for training and strategy sessions.
The Lodge has tennis courts, volleyball and badminton facilities, a croquet lawn and implements, boules set, a full-size billiard table and bows, arrows and an archery target range for use by guests.

Important Information
We would require a 50% deposit to secure the reservation, the balance is payable on arrival. Please confirm whether a provisional booking should be made, as I am not holding a reservation for you at this stage. Provisional bookings are held for 24 hours. If payment has not been made within these 24 hours, kindly contact us to confirm availability for the requested dates again before making payment.
Steynshoop is now fully licensed under the Liquor Act of Gauteng.
Guests staying at the Lodge for Saturday night may wish to extend their stay for most of the day on Sunday, as well, to maximise their use of the Lodge's facilities over the weekend. Subject to availability, a late check-out (i.e. for up to 5 p.m., instead of the normal 11 a.m.) for this purpose, may be arranged.

Weekend Special
If you book both Friday and Saturday nights, we are happy to extend a complimentary 'light lunch' on Sunday. This will enable you to take full advantage of the weekend at Steynshoop Mountain Lodge.
Group Bookings
If you book for a minimum of 8 guests, for a minimum weekend stay of 2 nights (or 1 night mid-week), you will have the lodge for your exclusive use and children will be permitted to stay as part of your group*. The following rates will then apply, which are inclusive of a 3 course dinner and full English breakfast -
R9 000 per night (for 8 guests) - additional guests pay R1 000 per person per night, and children (2 - 11 years old) R500 per child per night. Children under the age of 2 stay for free.
*provided that there have been no prior bookings for the dates concerned.
