Starfish Villa offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a lovely exclusive holiday house [not apartments or condo units] , directly above Shaka's Rock tidal pools and centrally located between Thompson's Bay and Salt Rock's beaches. Guests can admire 180-degree panoramic sea views, elevated 250 meters from the beach and faces the breakers at Thompson's Bay beach.

Guests can be comforted behind a secured 3.0 meter high perimeter security wall in a private cul de sac road with its own separate driveway, garage & second parking entrance. The Villa has an open plan living room, lounge, dinning & and kitchen area. The living area flows from one veranda to the other through folding sliding doors, ideal for dining & entertaining. The lounge has a full DStv bouquet, is available from the lounge & ocean facing veranda. Both verandas are designed to alternate according to changing weather conditions.

There is a private pool stepping directly onto the main veranda with a comfort suite, cane chairs, offering a small bar, mini fridge with a concrete serving counter top. There is a second veranda leading off of the lounge, through French doors, looking onto the breakers at Thompson's Bay beach & tidal pool.

This Villa can sleep 8 people & consists of a main bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom/ocean facing walk-in shower, with two more rooms, both with en suite, the third room with king bed or converted into two single beds, with a double bunk, perfectly suited for families. There is a separate guest loo.

The gardens are all walled & fenced to secure small, well-mannered dogs, provided it is arranged in advance. The location is within a five minute walk to the Chakas Rock tidal pools and beach, three restaurants, liquor store & Ballito's town centre is a 3.5-kilometres drive and King Shaka International Airport is 20 kilometers away.

Water sports such as: surf swimming or in the tidal pools, surfing, boarding, canoeing, fishing, snorkeling or just beach walks are available within a 500 meter walk from the Villa. Other forms of entertainment are nearby to the Ballito area.

If guests pay there base deposit, 25% is paid direct to Starfish Accommodation & the final balance of payment is made direct to Starfish Accommodation, 45 days before arrival. Bank details will be provided after booking. House rules strictly apply & published in house, guests must read the rules before the gate remote & keys are passed over. Parking for 2 cars only. Xmas bookings minimum of 8 days.
