* We require a refundable breakage deposit of R1500 (Payable via EFT or Cash on Arrival). The deposit will be paid back after inspection is completed within 7 working days.
* ID document and Booking Sheet (provided by the host) must be completed and submitted 24 hours before check-in.
* Mandatory Cleaning Fee of R650 is included.
* Outstanding Balance for bookings must be paid in full 7 days before arrival.
* Check in after 19h00 and Check out before 06h00 will be charged R100 (Payable Cash on Arrival).
* Additional cleaning services available on request for your own account.
* Long stay bookings (10 or more nights) attracts compulsory linen change on day 8 for an additional fee of R350 (payable on site).
