Nestled quietly on a hillside only a few kilometers from the magnificent escarpment edge and famous Sani Pass, lie the igneous rock buildings of Sani Stone Lodge. These cozy rock and block buildings are conveniently situated only a few kilometers from the main road between Sani Pass and Mokhotlong, at the base of Black Mountain. Important Information
In the event of heavy snow causing road closure and guests therefore unable to leave, the first night accommodation is full rate, thereafter 50% of the season rate will apply until roads re-open. Please note that this offer is subject to the availability of space and we will try our utmost to accommodate everyone somehow should this situation occur.
Guests are required to bring their own towels and toiletries. The Backpacker has a well equipped self-catering kitchen. All other rooms and rondavels can make use of the Restaurant and Bar in the main building. Camping is available at R100 per person per night and individuals can book beds in the Backpacker at R190 per person per night. These are strictly cash payments only.
