St James beachfront accommodation offers a 3 bedroom Historic Villa (6 guests) and a 2 bedroom, Guest Suite Apartment (3 guests) ideal for separate families or larger groups. They share a staircase, common passage to private entrance and parking area however, each has a dedicated secure parking bay behind automated gate.
Both have uninterrupted sea views of False Bay throughout. To access the Villa you must climb 36 stairs and 12 of 36 to access the Apartment. The staircase is well light at night with a hand-rail.

The Villa (6 adults+2kids) upstairs section, comprises of 2 large bedrooms a full bathroom and separate toilet. The main bedroom has direct access to the balcony overlooking False Bay. The downstairs area comprises a large open plan living space, eat-in kitchen and a spacious lounge. The back you will find 1 bedroom adjoining a common (kids) room, both enjoy enuite bathrooms. The patio is expansive with seating and braai/BBQ area flowing onto a level grassed garden. In the lounge there is a centrally placed double sided fireplace with kid’s corner. Scullery leads off the back of the kitchen. Adjoining is an open air courtyard with wash line.

The guest suite apartment (3 guests) comprises of 2 bedrooms and a large sun drenched balcony overlooking the sea. Neat open plan kitchen with gas stove & electric oven. Bathroom with shower and bath. Secure parking for one car.

Attractions in and around the area include St James tidal pool, Steenberg golf course estate, Muizenberg beach, surfers corner, coffee shops, and a variety of restaurants and craft shops.
There is free WiFi and limited cellular connectivity in the area.
The owner makes use of the Villa / Apartment on occasion.
