For indulgent pampering, spa therapies can be booked at the Milkwood Spa at Mosaic, found at the Lagoon Lodge facility. ELEMIS BioTec Facials and Product line is on offer. Manicure and pedicures are done using OPI Regular or Gel Polish.
Mosaic Farm is the ideal place for a perfect celebration. The true essence of the bride and groom is centre stage, with Mosaic as the backdrop.
A recent historical restoration has transformed the 1892 Stanford Spookhuis into a magnificent venue for conferences and small weddings.

Check-in between 3:00-5:00 PM.
FOREIGN TRANSFER FEES: R 175 will be added to invoices, per foreign transfer. All foreign transfer fees from the originating country are to be paid by the Sender. Otherwise, 0.65% of the total will be added to invoices, with a minimum fee of R 365, and a maximum fee of R 850.
All facilities are non-smoking indoors.

*Credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
*A REFUND fee of R20.00 payable by the guest for all refund request
*Please be advised that any incorrect rates populated due to a system error will need to be reviewed before confirmation.
* A conservation levy of R160 per person , per night will be charged , which is payable at the property.
20% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE ALL RESERVATIONS
BALANCE PAYMENT IS DUE 31 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
Cancellations must be received and acknowledged by Coot Club in writing.
Full refund of commitment fee if cancelled between confirmation and 46 days prior to arrival
No refund of commitment fee that was converted from provisional to confirmed based on demand irrespective of dates.
Bookings that cancel will be liable for the cancellation fees pre arrival date:
45-30 days = 50%
29 days or less = 100%.
All travelers are advised to take out fully comprehensive travel insurance with CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason). This
insurance must be able to fully cover cancellation of travel less than 45 days prior to arrival.
At the discretion of management, bookings with Commitment Fee or full payment that need to cancel at 45 days or less
prior to arrival due to a COVID related travel restriction, will be issued a credit note for the amount being held. This credit
note is valid for 12 months and can be used on any future booking.
COVID related issue only pertains to: government lockdown in South Africa or the country or departure, no flights.
Coot Club shall not be responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations, and will refund the agreed amount as per our Terms &
Conditions in ZAR.
