The name ‘Spook’ (Dutch for ‘ghost’) derives from the legend that one can discern a “spirit” within the swirls of our flowing farm spring. Perhaps it was this mystical allure that called the owners to this farmland two decades ago. Or perhaps it was the sheer beauty of its views and promise of award-winning wines.

Our water comes from a natural spring on the farm. Please be aware that the water colour does vary from season to season due to the natural minerals in the water.
