On arrival after 15H00 our room was not ready - We were pushed into a double room "at the back". I have booked for 2 adults, the room was equipped for 1 person i.t.o. towels, coffee etc. people booking after us were given better rooms.The food was pathetic - Friday evening menu was a piece of old paper in a file - Some items on menu were out of stock - ON A WEEKEND????Breakfast - not good - Cutlery not sufficient - some items on buffet finish.Some staff members tried there best - the waiter serving us Friday evening was good
