*NOTE: Breakfast is from 08:00 – 10:00 daily


*The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
*The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
*Extra bed charged at R450.00 per child between the ages of 4 - 17

PAYMENT POLICY
A confirmed booking comprises the following terms & conditions:
• Full payment must be received by Spanish Farm Guest Lodge no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
• Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will require full payment within 48 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be made in writing and the conditions of cancellation are as follows:
• 31 days and more: free cancellation.
• 30 days and less 100% is forfeited.
• No shows: 100% cancellation fees
• No refund will be given for guests who arrive but leave before the completion of their stay.
• 3% of the Total Deposit/Payment should a refund be required as an admin fee.

PEAK SEASON (15 December – 7 January)
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
• Balance payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
• All bank charges are to be covered by the guest, agent, or operator. If a refund is paid by Spanish Farm Guest Lodge, then the bank charges for the refund will be deducted from
the refund payment.
• Incorrect quotes or charges to the guest will be covered by the booking agent or operator.
• Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days unless an extension has been requested in writing and has been approved.
• This document serves as a binding contract. Upon receipt of this document, you are legally bound to the terms & conditions stated here within.
• The Laws of the Republic of South Africa shall in all respects, govern this contract.
• Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of 15% VAT.
• Raw Africa Boutique Collection reserves the right to amend the quoted tariffs should there be any change in the percentage rate of VAT or any other levy, tax or impost
becoming payable by Raw Africa Boutique Collection after the date of booking or in the event of the devaluation of the SA Rand.
• Rack Rates provided are a guideline and are not the contracted rates. These are purely for the purpose of comparison and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Breakfast can be pre-ordered for guests staying in the self-catering units. Breakfast needs to be ordered at least 24 hours in advance at an additional charge.
